Pananglitan:
Nagpalit og 12 ka donuts si Manang Nena. Iya kining giangay
pagsulod sa 2 ka kahon. Pila man ka donuts ang sulod sa kada kahon?

Pagpakita:

Pila ka donuts ang sulod sa usa ka kahon? (6 ka donuts)

Pila tanan ang donuts nga gipalit ni Aling Nena? (12 ka donuts)
Unsa ang multiplication sentence niini? (2 x 6 = 12)
Unsa ang division sentence niini? (12 ÷ 2 = 6)

Ang 12 mao ang gidaghanon sa tanang donuts.

Ang 2 mao ang gidaghanon sa kahon nga gisudlan.
Ang 6 mao ang gidaghanon sa donuts sulod sa kada kahon.
Ang X mao ang multiplication sentence.
Ang ÷ mao ang division symbol.
 Ang numero nga 2, 6 ug 12 gitawag og ”Fact Families”. Ang
buot ipasabot nga ang tulo ka numero mahimong gamiton sa pagporma
og multiplication ug division sentences.
Sa pagdivide og whole numbers by 4, 5 ug 10, sama ra sad sa
pag ihap ug tag 4, tag 5 ug tag 10.
Pananglitan:

12 ÷ 4 = 3 division sentence
4 x 3 = 12 multiplication sentence

10 ÷ 2 = 5 division sentence
2 x 5 = 10 multiplication sentence

Hinumdumi:
Ang division mao ang inverse operation sa multiplication.
Sa pagdivide og numero by 2, 3, 4, 5 ug 10 makatabang kanato ang
multiplication facts by 2,3,4,5, ug 10,
