FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came before this Court for a hearing on the parties’ Petition for Dissolution
of Marriage. The Court, having reviewed the file and heard the testimony, makes these findings
of fact and reaches these conclusions of law:

a. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action.
b. At least one party has been a resident of the State of Florida for more than 6 months
immediately before filing the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.
c. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken.
d. There are no minor children born of this marriage.
e. The parties do not have any marital assets or debts to be equitably distributed.

It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner and Respondent, are dissolved and each
spouse is restored to the status of being single.
2. That the Wife’s former name is to be restored to: N/A.

 3. That the Court reserves jurisdiction for purposes of enforcement of the provisions of this
Final Judgment.
