I, AVELYN SARASPE-POCOT, of legal age, and a resident of Sta. Cruz, Dagohoy, Bohol after having been
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state the following:

1. I am applying for the position of Court Stenographer I in the 18th MCTC Dagohoy-Danao, Bohol;
2. That I am willing to accept and be appointed under a temporary appointment if the Civil Service
Commission, will find, after review of in my application, that I do not meet experience and
training requirements for the position of Court Stenographer I;
