ESSFUL PREGNANCY OUTCOME IN A WOMAN A Case presented to SSIMS with ECTOPIA VESICAE, a rare condition in which BLADDER IS LYING OUTSIDE ABDOMEN. CASE REPORT - Patient was 30 WEEKS PREGNANT with normal Antenatal investigations. On examination- — UMBILICUS was ABSENT. Amass was seen above ' UMBILICUS abdomen and urine was constantly dribbling from back side of mass. MANAGEMENT - She was planned for LSCS at 36.2 week under spinal anesthesia with prior Ureteric Catherization. * Incision of 10cm was given above 5cm above upper margin of bladder. * The course of ureter was palpated eet y after entering abdominal cavity. Transverse incision was made over lower uterine segment and the rest C-section was performed as usual with delivery in Breech. QUTCOME healthy baby girl as born with no congenital abnormality. Postoperative period was uneventful. Patient and baby was discharged on day 5 in good general condition.
