Arsene Wenger is one of the most respected people in the football world.

He spent a big part


of his life in profesional football, first as a player and then as a manager. He had an
spectacular career leading Arsenal for 22 years and 1235 matches. As a result, he has become
a legend in british football and especially Arsenal.

First of all, he was the youngest of three children and he was living in a village that was
dominated by physical effort. 90% of the people were farmers and there weren´t any
machines. In his childhood, he was respected when he was hard working. That´s how he
learned effort.

Arsene Wenger has always wanted to know how the world work. Because of that interest, he
decided to study politics and economics and spoke several languages. Moreover, he used to
work in a bistro with his parents which was opened every single day of the year so they didn´t
have family life.

However, football was his passion.He defined himself as a facilitator and as a positive person.
Arsene Wenger changed the training system in the UK with his revolutionary approach to
conditioning. He also challenged the premier league recruiting young talent from other clubs.
His goal was to show that style and sucess can coexist.

In the podcast, he says that sports is to do with your body what your brain thinks. He has a
reputation of being a hard worker person. In order to relax, he watch other football games to
see the mistakes and watch other managers suffer.

During the podcast, his first musical selection is Bob Marley because he created a music that
was cool and was a mix of african jazz. He also loved football. The second music selection is
Jhon Lenon because it was the modern music when he was a child. The third selection was Leo
Fere, a french artist from the 60s. He doesn´t share the message of the song but he still likes
it.The fourth music selection is Elton John because he used to meet him in a restaurant and he
loves football.

In conclusion, Arsene Wenger has been one of the best football managers in the world
because of his football passion and his revolutionary style of training in which he cared not
only about the professional lifes of his players but also their personal lifes
