    SUBJECT: SC866 OCCURS AFTER REPLACING THE CONTROLLER BOARD

    SYMPTOM:
    SC866 occurs and the SC cannot be resolved after replacing the Controller Board.

    CAUSE:
    The RAM-DIMM (P/N: 19070159) has become corrupted.

    SOLUTION:
    If the symptom occurs, replace the RAM-DIMM (P/N: 19070159).
