    The following attached papers are the folders of the applicants which were separated from the bulk of
    folders which should be submitted last February 14, 2020. Last week, I was not able to scan the folders
    because I attended an IP Training at Davao City and I was busy for the preparation of our school’s
    upcoming Exhibit-Recital.

    I admit that due to my negligence I was not able to submit the folders of Debbie Grace M. Mamac and
    other applicants.
