When we negotiate with other people, we always come across this contract law.

For example, if you are

purchasing a property such as land, you will require proof such as a deed of sale to demonstrate that it is
a legitimate negotiation between the seller and the buyer, as well as the expected cost of the property.
It is similar to both parties' vice versa. They both agree on the agreement. There is a lot of contract law
in our lives. When you want to buy vehicles for transportation because it is faster and more convenient,
you go to a company that sells vehicles, and there is a contract that says if you want to have this
vehicles, you must pay this price or a monthly installment that must be paid This is an illustration of
contract law.

So we already know that contract law is used when two parties benefit from something. It also
contributes to a smooth transaction for both the seller and the buyer. So contract law is very important
because it allows people to communicate effectively while also putting them at risk
