    Thank you for meeting with me last week to discuss the amount of canned tomatoes you
    will need for your annual pasta dinner. The options you presented to me sound
    reasonable.

    I want to be clear as to how many cans you will need. You need 295 cans of tomatoes. A
    box of canned tomatoes contains 5 cans, and cost $11.50. And our pallet of canned
    tomatoes contains 45 cans at $35. You have $267.50 to use for the annual pasta dinner.

    At your earliest convenience, would you please let me know how many boxes of canned
    tomatoes and pallets of canned tomatoes will be the best combination for our budget
