Thus Prajay Urban Pvt Ltd (PUPL) owns and contributed the 4 acres of land in the project under JDA to Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ld the third part in the DA, who is the sole Developer in the said project. That Prajay Urban Pvt Ltd (PUPL) and Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd (PESL) agreed to share constructed area in the 4 acres of land owned by Prajay Urban Pvt Ltd (PUPL) in the ratio of 42.50% to’ Prajay Urban Pvt Ltd (PUPL) and 57.50% to Prajay Engineers Syndicate ltd (PESL). The area to be allotted to Prajay Urban Pvt Ltd (PUPL) has been demareated separately in block no, TYPE BI and TYPE C and thus by virtue of the said JDA, Prajay.Engineérs Syndicate Itd (PESL) got absolute rights to take booking, enter into agreement of sale, execute sale deed iff favour of the buyers for the balance development of 286931 sft in the land of Prajay Urban Pvt Ltd (PUPL).
