The information of preliminary findings shall be handwritten in below table during physical inspection of aircraft
for COA renewal. All findings shall be transferred to COA finding report (CAAV form) later.

1 At the time of inspection, the CAAV inspector found that one net from the FWD
CARGO was missing, but then discovered that the net was stayed in the AFT
CARGO.

2 Please verify with Catering DEPT about the ADDs regarding the T-divider. At the
AFT GALLEY, 3 out of 7 trolley locations are inoperative. Has the Catering dept
received any information to avoid uploading trolleys to those positions?

5 Controlling DEFECTs - currently, the defects showed in the PFR but are not
indicated on the ECAM, how can we monitor them? In TSM, we can perform the test
3 times per defect, but we cannot wait until the daily check for the CRS to inspect
and sign off on them. How can VJA control this situation?
