    Ms Tan was appointed as a Non-Executive and Independent Director on 31 January 2023.  She
    is a member of the Audit Committee.
     
    Ms Tan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy), Nanyang University Singapore. 
     
    Ms Tan has more than 35 years in the audit profession and was an audit partner of
    PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP until her retirement on 30 June 2017. As an audit partner, she was
    involved in the listing of companies on SGX and NASDAQ and also the audit of these
    companies.

    Ms Tan is a Justice of the Peace and a fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered
    Accountants.

    Ms Tan is an Independent Director of Hollysys Automation Technologies Ltd and Singapore


    Land Group Limited.
