Unit System is defined for each Fuel which will be used in Report for
checking Fuel wise consumption
Data Upload process for Fleet Data.
Tcode – IFCU -> For Equipment wise data posting.

Below Screen is the Fleet data entry screen where you can enter Fuel, HMR & KMR data and then save.

Mass Upload Process for all Fleet Equipment’s

Tcode – ZIFCU

Once you enter tcode, you will get below screen to upload mass data.
You need to upload two separate sheets for Fuel and HMR/KMR data as per given upload formats.

First Sheet is for Fuel Data and to be uploaded in below format.

2nd Sheet is for HMR/KMR Data and to be uploaded in below format.

Once you upload both sheets in Tcode – ZIFCU successfully, you can check data in Fleet Report – MCIZ
and Measuring point data in IK17

Enter required Input fields data i.e. Unit system, Equipment and Date Range etc.

MCIZ - Report Output

Last 2 columns in report will tell you about Fuel wise Consumption/ KM & Consumption/ Hour.

Fuel will be differentiated by Unit System as explained in 1 st page.
