Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, enhancing and executing test plans, test scripts and test
methodologies to ensure thorough testing takes place for meeting all designated software specifications and compliance.

Essential Duties (MUST Include % of time, should equal 100% in total) % of Time

1. Perform various types of application testing such as manual and regression using our testing tools through
comprehensive test scenarios.

2. Develop test cases to ensure that software meets development, usability, functional, and security standards
and additionally meets defined requirements for the software.
15%
3. Examine and document all testing results and assist in identifying reasons for why actual results do not match
expected testing results.
10%
4. Maintaining Azure DevOps to ensure all requirements, tests and defects are up to date regarding specific application
needs.

5. Attend Project/Team meetings and contribute feedback based on testing results and status on project deliverables. 10%

6. Other duties as assigned 5%

Qualifications

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2 to 5 years of QA experience or related work experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS MANAGEMENT

• Understanding of Quality Assurance processes for software • None
application testing.
• Knowledge of designated testing tool suite such as Azure
DevOps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• Basic SQL knowledge.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO JOB • Understanding of basic Accounting or Business processes.
• Experience testing APIs.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Experience with Software Test Automation.
• Well organized and disciplined in following process.
• Experience with Selenium or similar tools.
• Works well both independently and in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
