    It has been mentioned in the Court notice that learned counsels are
    requested to mark as "S" against those Writ-C cases of daily cause
    list, which are still surviving. Remaining Writ-C cases against
    which "S" has not been marked, shall be taken up at 3.30 P.M. and
    appropriate order shall be passed in 1st call.

    Case has been called out. Counsel for both sides are not present
    and also "S" has not been marked against the present case. Learned
    Standing Counsel is present.

    However, matter is pertaining to the year 2013, therefore, I have


    gone through the records. It appears that by efflux of time, writ
    petition has become infructuous and petitioner does not want to
    contest the same.

    Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.

    Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

    However, if anything still survives, it is open for the petitioner to


    move recall application.
