Almost entire population of world relies on food as it is a crucial element in survival of humans.

Ever
since humans switched from nomadic hunter-gatherer lifestyles to permanent settlements and
farming around 12,000 years ago, it has been the most reliable source of survival. Humans have
been thriving ever since and helped population to grow and save from starvation. This tells us how
countries are extremely relied on farming and gives a reason to invest more in the sector while it
also gives a reason for farmers to do precision farming to support the perpetually growing
population.

UAVs are proven to be helpful in filling the gaps to achieve precision farming. UAVs will be
supporting farmers in different key areas where the farming is struggling to thrive to become
effective. UAVs can be used for soil and field analysis, crop monitoring, field mapping etc. While they
are used as a provider of analytical sources, they are also equally capable of do the physical on field
job which is very dependent of external factors. They reduces workload of a farmer in arranging
huge amount of workforce to spray hazardous chemicals for pest control, irrigation etc and also
lessens the time to do the job.
