As per our meeting earlier on, kindly find listed below loan requirements. I have also
attached a business plan template, a loan application form and an account opening
form.
1. You are required to open an account with EmpowerBank Limited (to open an
account you are required to deposit RTGS $550.00)
2. Proof of Residence (not more than 3 months old)
3. 2 Passport sized Photos
4. Copy of National ID
5. 3-6 months Bank Statement and or Ecocash statement
6. Business plan with expected cashflows
7. Loan use breakdown
8. Quotations
9. Previous business records e.g. sales receipts and or purchases receipts for the
materials to support business viability.
10. Proof of Ownership or Lease arrangement of the place of operation.
11. Collateral (e.g. Guarantors, Households Assets Motor Vehicle, Title Deeds,)-
should be able to cover the loan amount; and any other information

NB: Please take note of the Starter Pack Terms Below:

• Maximum Tenure- 18 Months
• Interest Rate- 44% per annum
• Collateral Cover- One time cover
