‘he Company desires to employ Expatriate and the Expatriate
desires to become employed by the Company. The Company and
the Expatriate desire to enter into Employment Agreement, which
shall govern the terms of the Expatriate's employment. The Company
and Employee desire to regularize their relationship and, in that context,
the Company desires to continue to engage the Employee and the
Employee desires to continue to serve the Company in accordance with
the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Congratulations!
We have in file, your CV/Resume and after the evaluation of your CV and
interview questions, we have found you qualified to work with
our company and we are pleased to confirm you have been selected to
work for our company (Taiyo Holdings),
In consideration of the mutual Agreements set forth below and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Company and the Expatriate hereby agree, as follows;

2.0 SALARY INDICATION
You will be eligible to receive 50 USD per hour exclusive of any taxation
and salary is accumulated and paid weekly to any preferred bank account
of your choice,

supplementary materials and organizing extra-curricular events, as
directed by the supervisor

WORK SCHEDULE
You ate in charge of your own schedule each week. The working time is
flexible and this means you can work at any time of your choice. Minimum
working time per week is 10 hours including weekends and weekdays.
You are to select your best working time between the hours of 9am to
1pmand choose the best hours that will work for you.
For example, you can decide to fix your schedule as below;
Mondays-2 hours (1 hour afternoon, 1 hour evening)

Tuesday - 2 hours (1 hour morning, 1 hour evening)
Wednesday 2 hours (1 hour morning, 1 hour afternoon)
Thursday -2 hours (2 hours evening)
Friday- 1 hour (1hour evening)
Saturday -3 hours (1 hour morning, 1 hour afternoon, 1 hour evening)
Sunday-1 hour (1 hourafternoon or morning)
itis all your choice to choose and decide when you can work and earn the
same day also. Youcan work 10 hour minimum and 20 hours maximum.
(Please be informed that the working time is flexible and you can choose
the working hours best for you. The working schedule will be made by
you indicating when itis best for you to work. You can decide to work on
weekends or weekdays between the hours of 8am to 11pm.)

Job Report and Communication
The Teacher reports tohis or herassigned supervisor and will have strong
communication tines with:

* Service Team
* Centre Director
5.0 BENEFITS/BONUS PROGRAM
(Financial Support Fund] Taiyo Holdings will provide a company Financial
Support Fund to all Employees and these financial support fund covers
the Employee’s accommodation allowance for one year, feeding
allowance, contract sign on fee, Education Assistance, etc. All
bonuses/financial support fund will be calculated upon completion of
the Employee's enrollment.
[Cash Flex Bonus] Employee is entitled to a monthly Cash Flex Bonus.
This bonus shall be paid as pre-taxincome to Employee every month.
[Academic Performance Bonus] Employee is eligible for an Academic
Performance Bonus based on fulfilling the performance requirements.
[Contract End Bonus] Employee is entitled to a contract end bonus,
payable following successful completion of the employment contract.
This bonus shall be paid in the last month of the contract
6.0 JOB PROCEEDINGS/REQUIREMENTS
Upon acceptance of Employment, following documents must be
provided for further proceedingsTAIYO

(A) Employee's International Passport Copy with atleast 1 Month
Validity
(8) Signed Copy of the Contract Agreement
8.0 ATTESTATION
Terms of agreement that you are to read very well, accept by printing
and signing it and sending to us via email attachment along with your
