 We limit someone's potential when we place them in a box. We categorize
individuals according to a characteristic that restricts their humanity,
inherent greatness, and capacity to share their unique talents with the rest
of the world. Because we believe our version to be correct and theirs to be
incorrect, we believe the world should appear and behave as we believe it
should.
