feel like I must use it, and it’s tiring. I want to start using other things to do normal daily stuff,
and I want to start reading books, investigating and not getting distracted, etc. What I’m planning
to do is to give my phone to my mom, and every single time I want to use my phone, Ill do
something productive, whether it is cooking, doing extra homework, and planning, etc.
