Having a diverse group of skilled executives and employees who are committed to servicing
customers, transforming our organization, creating long-term shareholder value, and fostering an
excellent and accountable culture.

The organizational structure of this Bank is intended to ensure an adequate level of control that
ensures appropriate function segregation. It has established an inter-departmental committees in
support of departmental specialization, where the lines of authority are clearly defined, to direct,
contribute to, or share the decision-making responsibility when running its business and
managing its risks. 

Both front office personnel who deal with customers directly and back office employees who
carry out internal tasks to support the overall operation of the bank are employed. In banking,
interacting with customers is very important. The majority of jobs in the organization—about
two thirds are front-office employment that include working with clients in branch offices,
opening new accounts, or making loans. These employees operate in a number of division.
