Steps to allow pop-up blockers in different browsers to allow access to -

Software Orders & Downloads

If you click on Software Orders & Downloads in Customer Center and a new tab page does not open,
then follow the directions to configure your pop-up blocker to allow the tab page to open.

Chrome Browser:

1. Open Chrome browser > Settings > Select Privacy and Security
2. Search for “pop” – you will see Pop-ups and redirects
3. Under “Allow “section, push “Add “
4. Enter this URL - https://emerson-mas.force.com and push Add

Close the browser and re-open, you should now be able to access the “Software Orders & Downloads
“in new browser window.

EDGE Browser:

1. Open EDGE browser > Settings > Search for “pop” – you will see Pop-ups and redirects
2. Under “Allow “section, push “Add “
3. Enter this URL - https://emerson-mas.force.com and push Add

Close the browser and re-open, you should now be able to access the “Software Orders & Downloads
“in new browser window.

Firefox Browser:

1. Open Firefox browser > Settings > Search for “pop” – you will see Block Pop-ups windows
2. Push “Exceptions “and you will see the pop-up window
3. Enter this URL - https://emerson-mas.force.com and push Allow
4. Finally, push “Save Changes “

Close the browser and re-open, you should now be able to access the “Software Orders & Downloads
“in new browser window.
