supports up to 50 mm depth behind the reinforcement bars, applying anti-
C-2.1 corrosive paint to the reinforcement bars after proper surface preparation and M² 210.00
casting the concrete with non-shrinkage mortar (Thixotropic) as detailed in
Para 4.4.3 of Section 1 of Scope of Work.

Dismantling the damaged portion of the concrete foundation and pipe supports
behind the reinforcement bars, applying anti- corrosive paint on the
C-2.2 reinforcement bars after proper surface preparation and casting the concrete m³ 35
with non-shrinkage mortar (Thixotropic) as detailed in Para 4.4.4 of Section 1.

Demolition of the bund wall and making good the same after inspection and
C-2.3 maintenance of pipes in bund wall.as detailed in Para 4.4.7 of Section 1 of m³ 100
Scope of Work.
Installation of new concrete pipe supports and sleepers as per Drawings duly
C-3 approved by the Owner complete with supply of all necessary material. M³

C-6.1 Clean the support legs by grit blasting and apply primer coat M2 250

C-6.2 Supply and lay fire proofing (H.D. cement) including all metal mesh, etc. as M3 40
detailed in para 4.4.8.4 of section-1 of the Scope of Work.

C-6.3 Supply and install fire proof coating for 6 hours fire rating M2 498

C-6.4 Remove insulation cement surrounded the legs of the LPG spheres. A new M3 5
insulation cement to be reinstalled on tanks legs including supply of materials.
D- TANK SHELL:
Partial/ complete replacement of shell course plates with new plates, in tank
shell and partial replacement of the nozzle, the replacement is excluding nozzle

N- STRUCTURAL:
Dismantling existing damaged structural like shell ladder, platform, hand rail,
wind girder, foam deflectors, foam dam supports, level indicators and roof
N-1 supporting structure of fixed roof tanks etc at any elevation, fabrication and MT 60
erection of the new structural to replace the existing one as per Para 4.9 of
Section-1 of the Scope of Work.
O- SEAL WELDING:
Seal welding of the existing tack welded structural/ plates by fillet weld to

avoid corrosion at any location as instructed by the Inspector.
P- WELD BUILD UP:
Repairing of the pitted/ grooved surfaces of shell, bottom, roof plates and the
structural at any elevation by weld build up after thoroughly cleaning the

Cut asphalt basement at three location on tank bottom at (north, centre and

Cut asphalt basement to form straight cable trench to lay down the reference
