Purpose

As requested I am submitting formal proposal concerning the possible use of

_Princesa´s Campus by the Medicine Is For Everyone Organization, MIFEO for short.
This proposal outlines the organization plans and intentions, and our reasons for
wanting to use the facility.

About MIFEO

Since The United States healthcare system is oriented towards global research
innovation, community attention is left aside. It lacks of universal health coverage.
Although there are both types of insurances, public and private. Healthcare is
managed by private and insurance companies. So this means that there is a huge
amount of the population that have it hard to have any type of healthcare insurance.
MIFEO is a true non-profit association of doctors and nurses which wants raise money
to build a hospital which will not be linked to any private company, so that anyone can
access medical consultations. This hospital will be financed by donations from other
organizations that fight against the United States health system.

Need for Princesa´s Campus

Since Princesa´s Campus is in a well-placed place in the city, this means it will be easy
to found and access. This Campus has a great history as well as a pretty view. It is
perfect for our fundraising event. The building will not be modified in terms of
structure, but we will decorate it with some proper props. This props will not damage
this historical building. After the event we will make sure to clean everything and leave
it as the space was lent to us.

Event dates, length and planning

Everyone is invited to participate in this fundraising event. Everyone will contribute to

raising funds purchasing thickets to access snacks and drinks as well as another ticket
to participate in a raffle. The event date is set up for the Thursday 12 of February, and
it will last the whole day from 8 am to 8 pm.

Promotion
The event will be advertised a month before the date described above in social media as well
as in every medicine blog.

Conclusion

In conclusion, we believe that our proposed plans for the use of the facility would bring
the enough amount of benefits to be able to build the new hospital. Not only would
the building be clean and tidy after the event but also we will contribute to promote
this beautiful university campus.
