 First Holiday at Bali

A long years ago, when I was at 3rd of elementary school I went to Bali with my
family. This is an unplanned vacation because when I just got home from school my
mother suddenly told me that we were going to Bali. I prepared everything needed to
go on vacation. We went there by ship and it took less than one day to get there from
Malang. We reached in Bali at 6 AM , and then we headed the hotel and checked in. 

We took a rest and had breakfast first before continuing our day. We decide to go
to Kuta Beach first because it was not far from our hotel. My sister and I spent the
time playing at the beach while my parents walking around enjoying the view. In the
afternoon, we went to the nearby restaurant at Kuta Beach. After my energy had fully
recharged, then we went to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana. There were two gigantic
statues of Wisnu and his bird named Garuda. The relief on the rock was also amazing
but I did not really know the story on it.

The second day, our next destination was Tanah Lot. It had astonishing scenery.
The wave was quite rough and the gentle breeze was so refreshing. There was a
Balinese Hindu temple called Pura not far from there. It was great and unique, so we
took a lot of pictures there. In the evening, we went back to the hotel and prepared
ourselves for the next journey.
 We used the last day in Bali for shopping. So we went to one market there called
Krisna. We bought some unique souvenirs as mementos of our time in Bali. We left
the market at about 5 o’clock in the afternoon. Then we went back to the hotel and
packed our bags. We decided to go home the next morning. It was an amazing
experience to spend my holiday in Bali. And we went back home bringing so many
unforgettable memories of Bali.
