The BUYER agrees to pay 1 the SELLERS, the amount of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00), representing 20% DOWNPAYMENT, for the sale of the portion of above-desenbed property with Block 9 Lot 5, containing a portion area of ONE HUNDRED (100) SQUARE METERS: 2, That the BUYER undertakes to pay the balance of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY ‘THOUAND PESOS (P320,000.00) payable within a period of TWENTY FOUR MONTHS (24), on the amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR PESOS (P13,334.00) stacting 3° day of April2023; 3. That the BUYER agree that no other improvement whatsoever shall be made in the said area until seventy percent (70%) of the property has been sold; 8. That incase the BUYER fails to pay three (3) consecutive monthly installments, this agreement shall aufomatically become null and void and all the payments made by the BUYER shall be forfeited in favor of the SELLERS; 9, ‘That all succeeding documentation, such as execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale and other related documents shall be done in Virtusio and Associates Law Office;10.
