Nature of the Business: Torta de Riso is a cottage enterprise food manufacturing. We buy
goods and make a new one and sell it for an affordable price. Because of our passion for
cooking we decided to put up a business that will cater our skills and abilities and enable us to
apply what we've learned in Entrepreneurship. We plan to expand our business once we're able
to meet our desire profit. Because we wanted to be globally competitive in the food industry.

Maruya De Maluya is a new food business located in Barangay Handumanan, Bacolod City,
Negros Occidental. Our maruya is made with high-quality, locally sourced bananas, and cooked to
perfection with just the right amount of sweetness. The food business provides a combination of
