Infinique warrants that all qualified products used in the project installation are in proper working condition and are free from defects in materials
and workmanship. Infinique’s product warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. The
warranty does not cover damage which occurs in failures which are caused by products not supplied by Infinique or failures which result from
faulty installation, alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modification or service by anyone other than an
authorized Infinique service center, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. In the event of any product under warranty is found to be
defective, Infinique at its sole option, repair or exchange this product with a new or a comparable refurbished product, free of charge. For
