NOTE:
1. If we use higher thickness dice to produce lower thickness product, spot will appear on the product body which also responsible for the increase or decrease of the tolerance value.it also responsible for hatching problem.

2. If we use lower thickness dice to produce higher thickness product,we will not get the desired thickness product. Thickness will be ups and down from desired thickness. Example:if we use 4 mm dice to produce 8 mm then thickness
will be 7 to 7.5 mm.
3. Labon dana is a design name which is produced from ARONG MH & ARONG ISLAM dice. For making laban dana design products we have to give some extra thickness in dice to get desired thickness.example: To get 3.5 mm
product we provide 3.6 mm.

4. Using the die with dedicated thickness will give us the desired size,thickness and tolerance value.

5. Dies without bit is not suitable to produce higher or lower thickness product Because thickness ups & down problem occur more in these kind of dies.
6. With the help of higher thickness die any kind of lower thickness die product is possible to make, but we have to keep in mind that thickness will vary or thickness will not match completely.
