Current Position: Head production (Specialty film)

 Responsibilities in Garware

7 Main responsibilities included - Clean room condition of class 1000 &

10000, plant Erection & Commissioning.
8 Head of the six production lines i.e. Lamination & Coating.
9 New coating line equipments selection, procurement, Erection &
commissioning. Width of line 1.6 - 2 meter.
10 Developed of Sun control SRC & Safety film.

Responsibilities in Cosmo:-

1 Production head of four coating line.

2 Selection of raw material, production of material according to market
requirement, co-ordination with R&D for product development,
slitting & dispatch.
3 Developed of Velvet, Wet velvet, PVDC, Acrylic, Labels, DTP & HPI -
DP coated films on DCM coating plant. These films are used in
various packaging purposes.
4 New coating line selection.

1 Production head of Four coating line.

2 Selection of raw material, production of material according to market
requirement, co-ordination with R&D for product development.
3 Developed of Velvet, Wet velvet, PVDC, Acrylic, Labels. These films
are used in various packaging purposes.

5 Modified old coating line suitable for BOPP & PET Coated products.
