 8 pcs hard cooked eggs

 2 tbsp oil
 1 tsp chopped garlic
 2 tbsp chopped onions
 1 cup tomato sauce
 1 pc 11g MAGGI Beef Broth Cube dissolved in
 1 cup water
 1 cup pineapple juice
 2 cups cubed potatoes
 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
 1/4 cup green peas
 1 can 85g liver spread
 1/2 tsp salt

 Remove shells of eggs and slice in half lengthwise, set aside.


 Heat oil, saute garlic and onions until limp. Add in tomato sauce, beef broth, and pineapple
juice. Let boil.
 Add potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
 Gently stir in sliced eggs, bell peppers and green peas.
 Simmer for another 3 minutes and add liver spread to thicken. Season to taste.
 Cook for 2 minutes more. Serve hot.

Recipe: Stir Fry Tofu with Vegetables


Ingredients

 14 ounces extra firm tofu, cubed


 1 medium carrot, sliced
 1/2 lb snow peas
 1 medium onion sliced
 1/2 lb crimini mushrooms, sliced
 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch diluted in 1/2 cup vegetable broth
 1 cup vegetable oil
 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure

1. Deep fry the tofu until medium brown (about 5 to 8 minutes). Set aside.
2. Heat a pan and pour-in 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
3. Sauté onion.
4. Add the fried tofu and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add all the vegetables and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Put-in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
7. Pour-in vegetable broth with cornstarch. Cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Transfer to a serving plate.
9. Serve. Share and enjoy!

Recipe: Salmon Steak Recipe


Ingredients

 4 (6 ounces) salmon steaks


 1 tablespoon garlic powder
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 3 teaspoons salt
 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
 Juice of 1 lemon
Cooking Procedure

1. Combine olive oil and lemon juice. Stir.


2. Arrange salmon in a wide plate then pour-in olive oil and lemon juice mixture. Marinate each side for about 5 to 7
minutes.
3. Meanwhile, combine garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl. Mix.
4. Sprinkle the garlic powder mixture equally on the salmon.
5. Heat a grill, and then grill each side of the salmon for 4 to 5 minutes.
6. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with garlic sesame spinach.
7. Share and enjoy!
