This write-up will show you how to wire in your UEGO 02 sensor in place of an OEM 02 sensor to allow you to log it in ECMLink V3. The AEM UEGO has (4) wires coming out of the small connector, these are the wires you need to worry about since the other harness plugs directly in the back of the WB 02 sensor itself Something to consider, before you follow the below wiring instructions, only use the WHITE wire if you plan on logging your UEGO in ECMLink V3. If you aren't ready to hook it up in ECMLink V3 DO NOT cut your 02 sensor wiring going into the ECU, you'll just use the RED and BLACK wires. Wired into ag Since 19's only have one 02 sensor after doing this install your going to have to set up ECMLink V3 and use the narrowband simulation feature. RED wire to a 12v ignition power source BLACK wire to a chassis ground HITE wire gets wired into ECU's pin #4 which is WHITE JE: Wen you wire tn you need Yo ENSURE you cut the WHITE witng golng into pin 4 and connect the W's WHITE wire othe ECU's connector BLUE wire is unused, zip-tie it off out of the way Heres the 1g ECU pin out thanks to ECMLink —->1g ECU pin out (a 4G DSM AEM Wideband Install u Y -12y ignition power tape“ott tapped into pin 4 of ECU Wired into 229 Us 29's have the option of logging out of either the front or rear 02 sensor, one isn't better than the other but each has its own drawbacks. If you need your catalytic converter for emissions purposes leave the rear 02 sensor and cat alone, use the front 02 sensor location for the WB sensor since its still possible to pass emissions. FRONT 02: If you decide to use the front 02 sensor further setup is required in ECMLink V3 using the narrow band simulation feature.
