I, Francis “Pilimon” Dimmangna, from Poblacion 4 and Capaoayan, representing the

UAP Tarlac Kublahi Chapter, am writing this personalized letter in the hopes that

the Mr. PYAP Moncada 2023, which will be held on May 6, 2023, at the Moncada
Plaza Public Auditorium.

Meeting the needs of this pageant requires hard work and support from my
sponsors, family, relatives, friends, and ka-barangays. In line with this, I would
