opportunities. It helps the company to know about it. Both internal and external

The differences between internal and external factors are that in the first one is factors
that we can control like provides and costumers, and the second factor that company
can’t control for example political factors

IKEA solve these problems in three ways, social trends IKEA is building online help to
guide customers to a more sustainable life. This makes customers connect more with
the brand. Economic factors: it attracts a lot of people with its low prices and quality.
Market forces: since Ikea has a lot of impact, you can be clear about the prices you
want.
4. Discuss the contribution of SWOT analysis to IKEA’s business growth.

IKEA uses the SWOT analysis to complete their company objectives. Helps the
