Elias is someone that is considered a ‘shopaholic’. He buys everything he wants in whichever way he wants. The
COVID-19 pandemic did not stop him as online marketplaces became the norm. From Lazada to Carousell, he has it
all installed on his smartphone. He links his debit card for faster payment transactions as well as his GCash account
as a backup just in case.

For Elias, using one email for his online accounts gives him convenience compared to logging in with multiple
credentials. He has no plans on stopping this habit soon.
