1. How do the skills and competencies you possess align with the requirements of
your dream job, and how can you demonstrate your ability to meet those
requirements during the hiring process?

 The skills and competencies I possess align with the requirements of my

dream job in a way that these will be a great investment to be a better
employee. It will also create a better environment in my career to work in
an organization where I can showcase my knowledge and skills. Since I
acquired Accounting course relevant to my desired career, I believe that
the learnings I obtained from my studies will aid me to become a
productive and highly capable employee for the position I wanted to
pursue. My experiences in terms of leadership molds me to become
competitive individual. I earned also certifications where I was able to
enhance my skills in accounting relevant to my desired career. The
lessons from trainings and seminars will be beneficial . To demonstrate
my ability to meet those requirements during the hiring requirements I will
shows my passion and dedication as I will answer the questions that will
be asked to me. One thing also is to submit my resume and other
requirements needed on time . In that way, I can show my eagerness to
get the job I want. Preparation is necessary during the hiring process. The
earlier how prepared I am the more chances I could able to answer
confidently as well as the higher the chances I could get the job. Before
the hiring process, I will prepare myself assessing if I am suitable for the
job, or if I possess the skills needed. Doing my best during the hiring
process and show how confidently driven I am to get my desired job.

2. What are the most important qualifications and credentials that you need to
possess in order to be considered a competitive candidate for your desired job ,
and how can you highlight this qualifications effectively in your job application
and during the interview process?

 The most important qualifications and credentials that I need to possess

in order to be considered a competitive candidate for my desired job are
my eligibilities. Earning the degree necessary for the job. Also, since my
course is a non-board , I will take advantage in getting other eligibility such
as Civil Service to get government job which I desired. Certificates such
as NC3 for bookkeeping, Xero Certifications and other accounting related
softwares also to be more knowledgeable enough for the desired job. My
hard skills and soft skills is also necessary. To highlight this qualifications
effectively in my job application during the process, I will make my answer
positive as possible and making it clear that the position they have offered
is suitable for me. I will describe how I overcome obstacles related to the
job, through my experiences. During interview process I will confidently
answer every question honestly. Giving my best shot to get the desired
job. Thinking that this is a great opportunity for me and for the company.
Convincing through my skills and abilities to choose me. I will also prove
that I am an individual who possess the skills they need. Assessing my
abilities and uniqueness by telling experiences which I learned skills to be
a productive one.
