Doing physical activity is a must for everyone.

By doing some exercises regularly, you will be healthier,


mentally and physically. But there is a problem: ‘how to make children do regular exercises?’ There can
be solutions, such as parental examples, government funding, or even school influence.

Needless to say, parents have a huge influence on their children's behavior. For example, in most cases,
if the parents are active, healthy people, the children will be the same. If the parents are lazy and
sedentary, so are the children. Another reason why parents are very important in children's passion for
sports is that they should offer their children as varied a range of sports and physical activities as
possible.

On another hand, school influence has a big role in the children’s activity. Schools should offer a wider
variety of enjoyable sports, so the children can have more opportunities to find a sport they really like.
Some other solutions are to make the classes more fun and interactive by introducing more games or
different activities that students can play, such as relays or treasure hunts with lots of obstacles.

After all is said and done, regular exercises are beneficial for the health. In my opinion the parental
example is more important because this lifestyle can be developed from the first years of life. So for the
child sports will be something natural for it.
