General Guidelines:

1. The Trainee Development Plan is a mandatory document that is due for submission within the first month of Trainee’s assumption at the assigned Training

Provider.

2. The Trainee will meet with his/her Supervisor to discuss and complete sections A, B, D & E.

3. Request for further assistance to accurately complete the required sections, can be made to the Trainee Development Officer at ojtptraining@ojt.gov.tt

4. Section C is predetermined and falls within the responsibility of the OJT Division - Training & Development Unit to facilitate the development of Trainees

interpersonal and professional skills

5. This completed document is provided in triplicate to:

a. The Training & Development Unit- OJT Division via email at ojtptraining@ojt.gov.tt

b. A copy retained by the Training Provider

c. A copy provided to the Trainee
