THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AGREED:

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to define the conditions for authorization to take and disseminate static or animated images
of CentraleSupélec students, in compliance with Article 9 o f t h e Civil Code, stipulating that everyone has the right to respect
for their privacy.

Article 2 – Authorization

Authorizations are granted for free and for non-commercial purposes by CentraleSupélec and its partners.

2.1 – Authorization to take photos or videos of me

I authorize the director of CentraleSupélec to allow one or more photos to be taken of me, and to include me in one or more
films in the course of my activities within the school, in laboratories or during activities outside of the campus relating to my
studies.

2.2 – Authorization to disseminate images depicting me

I authorize the printing and dissemination of static or animated images of me, as well as associated sound recordings, which
may be made during school events regarding its teaching and research activities, for the purpose of internal and external
communication, specifically:

- Printing and presenting images or recordings on any existing or future tangible or intangible communication media
for scientific, documentary, teaching or communication purposes;

- Printing and dissemination to any public of images and recordings as cited above, for public projections used for
lessons and demonstrations, during conferences and training workshops, organized by the school or at which the
school participates, in France or abroad;

- Uploading to the Internet and publicly sharing on any school media: intranet, Internet, extranet, and school video
dissemination platforms;

- Public dissemination of images and afore-cited recordings which meet the purposes defined above in the press, radio,
television or websites.

 Article 3 – Respect for the individual

CentraleSupélec expressly abstains from accompanying static or animated images with text or comments that may potentially
jeopardize the privacy or reputation of the individuals they depict. It also refrains from using any images of a racist,
xenophobic nature, or any other prejudicial use.

Article 4 – Period of authorization

This agreement is valid from the date of signature of the present agreement. Any authorization to take images and share
them beyond the conditions specified in Article 2 must be subject to a further specific agreement.

Article 5 – Attribution of jurisdiction

In the event of litigation resulting from the interpretation or execution of the provisions set out in the present agreement, the
Courts of the Hauts-de-Seine, acting under French law, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
