March 12th 1912 Girl Scouts was founded by a young

lady named Juliette Gordon Low. Juliette Gordon Low
also known as Daisy was born in Savannah Georgia on
October 31st which is famously known as Halloween.
Daisy loved to take care of animals and make arts and
crafts. Juliette Gordon low also know as Daisy was
partially deaf... she became deaf at her wedding as her
and her husband were leaving the church their guest were
throwing rice at them as good luck but a piece of rice got
stuck in her ear! later she went to the doctor to get it
removed but the doctor only made it worse! Juliette
Gordon Low loved to go on adventures one day she
went to England and heard about Boy Scouts and she felt
that it was only fair for Girls to have Girl Scouts so when
she came home she sold her pearl necklace and gathered
up her little cousins and neices and formed the first Girl
Scout troop in the United States. Juliette Gordon Low
wanted to young girls to join Girl Scouts so that they
could build their courage, confidence and bring
kindness into the world. Girl Scouts of the United States
is now 110 years old and there 1.7 million girls learnign
about STEM, Mindfullness, Bff and The Girl Scout
