TESL Management is dedicated to providing CENT commitment that will establish and execute this quality plan as stated. The purpose of the implementation of quality management system Is to improve, perfect and enhance the quality of TESL continuously. 5.1. CONTROL PROCEDURES/WORK INSTRUCTIONS. Each procedure of work instruction is a specified way to perform the respective TESL activity. These be issued detailing how the processes and the work will be performed 5.2 MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ESL has developed Quality Control Procedures and work Instructions to cover its scope of operations. The procedures, Work Instructions and project specific procedures will be used to carryout activities ‘on the project. “The Quality Management System will be implemented a follows: s2, covmnar seve Contract review is undertaken by Management inline with the contract requirement. 5.2.2, DOCUMENT /RECORD CONTROL ‘The Document Controller is responsible for the document control program, which includes all construction and reference drawings, Contract Documents and specifications. He shall | implement a record file for all construction and reference drawings as per the Document Control Procedure/record contral procedure. When new revisions are issued, they shall be entered into a Project Document Register, which shall be updated by placing the superseded drawing under the new revision and stamping “SUPERSEDED” on the old drawing. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that field personnel use the latest drawing j revisions for all activities. The Welding Inspector shall be responsible for as-built. After each as-built is completed it will be given to the Document controller who shall maintain an as-built records. . MATERIAL CONTROL ‘All consumable and other temporary materials shall be purchased in strict compliance with the Contract Documents and specifications. The Construction Manager is responsible for ion to allow the reviewing all purchase orders to ensure they contain the necessary informat! Purchaser to purchase material that meets contract requirements ‘The Quality Contro! Department shal inspect all TESL free isued and purchased material Inspection shall be performed to ensure compliance with the manufacturer's information, requiring a grade CLIENT supplied Codes or standatds, specifications and drawings. Mate or type marking shal be identified in a manner that allows traceability until installation of any section, or pieces not used at one time Ifa deficiency i noted, an Overage, Short & Damage (OS&D) report shall be filed out and the information entered into the Material Receiving Report. The material wil be isolated until 2 resolution is reached by the Project Manager, Quality Assurance & Control Department and the CLIENT Representative, at which time the OS&D report and material Receiving Report wll be signed as completed, Individual material that has an expiration date wil be closely monitored in storage, so that items with less shelf life willbe Issued for use first. Materials such a5 paints, coatings, welding consumables that require specific temperature range for storage shall be Kept according to the manufacturer's recommendations, The quality Control Department shall maintain complete records of material test reports and/or certificates of compliance on all materials either purchased by ‘ESL or Vendor furnished information supplied with a product will be maintained and turned over to the CLIENT at the completion of the Project or as requested. ‘The Quality Control Department will periodically perform inspections to ensure all material and conditions comply with the Contract Documents and specification. TRAVERSE ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED Integrity and excellence in every aspect TESTING CONTROL Testing required satisfying the Contract Document, specifications, applicable Codes and ‘Standards would be witnessed or monitored by the Quality Control Department. Testing will be performed in accordance with the applicable sections of each approved Testing Procedure. CLIENT shall be given adequate notice to allow for the witnessing of any test, or portions of tests that may be required. All test results shall be documented in accordance with approved test procedures and reports. ‘TOOLS AND INSTRUMENT CONTROL {ll tools and instrumentation shall be purchased in strict compliance with the Contract Documents and Speciiations. |The Quality Control Department in conjunction with the Construction Manager is responsible for reviewing all purchase orders to ensure they
