It is with regret that we confirm your recent request to cancel your policy. As per your policy terms and conditions,
your cover is dependent on the payment of your policy premium, hence you will not receive cover in the month
following cancellation as no premium will be collected.
Please note the following:
1. You will continue to enjoy cover during the cancellation month provided your premium for that month was
collected.
2. If your policy was cancelled before your monthly debit order and the premium is not paid, cover will cease from
the date of cancellation.
3. We have cancelled any future debit order instruction against your bank account. If a premium still reflects on
your bank account after the cancellation month, please inform us and we will refund that premium.
