Pursuant to the interim order dated
07.07.2017, the petitioner’s case for
compassionate appointment was considered but
rejected by the respondents vide proceedings in
Rc.No.A3/684/2017 dated 17.08.2017.
This application has been filed to amend
the main prayer in the writ petition, by adding
the prayer so as to challenge the impugned
proceedings dated 17.08.2017.
Any objection to the said application has
not been filed.
The application is, therefore, allowed.
Necessary amendment be incorporated within
three days. Let the amended copy of writ
petition be also filed within the same period.
The respondents may file counter affidavit
by the next date of listing.
