Notification for exercising web options for the 3rd and Final Phase of web based
counselling for admission into Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) 2YDC under Competent
Authority Quota seats for the academic year 2022-23

In continuation of earlier notifications dated: 18-10-2022 and 15-11-2022, the University

hereby notify the 3rd and Final phase of web-based counselling to fill up the vacant seats under
Competent Authority Quota after 2nd phase counselling details as follows:

The candidates, whose names are present in the Final Merit List displayed after
verification of copies of Original Certificates and addendum issued thereafter if any, are only
eligible to exercise web options from Home or any Net centre.

The candidates, who secured admission in earlier counselling and wish to change their
college according to their merit, can exercise their web options. The candidates, who have not
joined in the allotted colleges in earlier phases of web counselling and also those not exercised
web options till now, can exercise web options.

The 3rd and Final phase of counselling will be conducted for the following vacancies:
a. Unfilled seats after phase – II
b. Non joining of the candidates in phase - II
c. The vacancies that may be arise during the process of phase – III and final counselling.

All Unfilled vacancies if any will be converted and filled as per rules.

Candidates are advised to exercise web options as per their choice irrespective of
vacancies. Candidates while giving options should note that the seats vacated by the
candidates selected in earlier counseling and slide to other college will be added &
allotted simultaneously during this counseling. The allotted seat in previous counseling
will be cancelled automatically on allotment of other college as per their option.
Other conditions specified in notification dated 12-08-2022 & 25-08-2022 remain same.

Note: Candidates are informed to exercise options for all courses and colleges as
per their choice in the preferential order irrespective of vacancies. No limit for
exercising options
