Out of the Comfort Zone is a Key of Success

To be successful is certainly not easy; we have to experience ups and downs, and of
course the process is quite long and very hard. But who would have thought the
process could produce perfect results?

Well, you may be asking why I talk up a very cliché title like this. The answer is
none other than that, because I see getting out of my comfort zone as a challenge
that is very likely to bring about a new opportunity.

To achieve the desired results, of course, /you need to get out of your comfort
zone.
-Your comfort zone can take the form of your current job, your hobbies, or even
your bad habits. Of course, / it is an obstacle that makes it “difficult for us to
achieve\ what we want to achieve-
. But if you don't start now, when will you? Now or never.

Getting out of your comfort zone can change what is happening right now and improve
your quality of life. I will give a few examples. An employee of the company does
his job as usual and earns a salary of one million every month. But he felt that
the results he was getting were normal; there were no significant changes. He also
tried to get out of his comfort zone and decided to resign from his job to start
his own business. As a result, -he earned ten times the salary that / he earned
when he was an employee”. Yes, it's more or less like this: getting out of your
comfort zone to seize an opportunity.

So, what exactly is a comfort zone? / The term "comfort zone" was first published
by Judith Bardwick in "The Dangers of the Comfort Zone" in 1991” .Judith Bardwick
defines a "comfort zone" as a behavior in which a person with limited behavior
works or works to achieve a stable level of performance. As a result, work is
generally done in a risk-free, monotonous, and tedious manner.

Why do we need to get out of our comfort zone? Yes, this question is often asked by
many people because of the many perceptions out there regarding the comfort zone
itself. Some say why get out of the comfort zone when what we are looking for is
comfort? There are also those who say you don't have to go out of your comfort
zone; you just need to expand it.

Well, whatever it is, I can't justify or blame it because everyone has their own
perception. But here, I also want to tell you all about why we have to get out of
our comfort zone. Based on the definition I conveyed earlier, people who work in
their comfort zone tend to be less afraid or worried because there are no risks in
their work. As a result, their work performance tends to be stable and neutral,
without any improvement. Well, you could say it just stuck there. It's simple like
this: if you feel that what you are doing is normal, there is no significant change
in the results. You

feel undeveloped and stagnant here and there, so you have to get out of your
comfort zone.

What can we gain by getting out of our comfort zone? First, broaden our horizons.
Second, self-confidence is increasing. Third, we can know ourselves more deeply.
By stepping out of our comfort zone, we can get to know ourselves better.

So, how do you get out of your comfort zone? First, understand your goals; second,
know the skills you want to develop; third, find a productive environment; finally,
be consistent.

Getting out of your comfort zone is not easy. Many are afraid to go in an obscure
direction. They fear failure and feel uncomfortable. But when you step out of your
comfort zone and decide to fully commit to making changes every day, you will
experience many amazing things that you never imagined before. And therefore, why
are we sitting in silence if we can create transformative changes that can make our
quality of life better than before?
