move forward in the digital transformation journey.

Additionally, it is important to ensure that the organization maintains its focus on

human interaction and collaboration, which are key aspects of digital transformation. The

plan. In the context of software development, this means that companies need to be open

to evolving tools and technologies such as generative AI, which can improve productivity

In my opinion, companies' actions to integrate generative AI tools into their software

development processes are supported by the course literature. These tools can increase

productivity and quality while allowing developers to focus on more innovative and

challenging work.

If I were the manager, I would ensure that generative AI tools are used with agile

methodologies and scrum. This will maintain a focus on collaboration, communication, and

adaptability. Furthermore, I would encourage developers to provide feedback on how these

tools are being used and make adjustments in order to ensure that they are effective in

improving productivity and quality.
