WEEK #2:

Opening and closings

He gave an example about how his topic works, giving a purpose to his presentation, giving
to the audience exactly all the information they need to know before he starts his speech.

He talks about small business and how most of them fail but also how important it is to big
business to merge their work with startups and how powerful sometimes it can get. He also
gives some examples of some big entities as pfizer so people can create and idea about
what the speaker truly means.

What to do when your computer is about to melt down, if people make back ups recently.
Making speculations about how often this occurs. She makes a reference related to a dentist
appointment. Explaining how you can do exactly what she is about to explain so they can
never lose important information.
Personally, I prefer a quote that is sort of catchy, interesting and has a good background with
it that makes you have an idea before the speech is coming. In this case, the speaker
chooses a good one, kind of funny and meaningful while relating it with some big
competitiveness in the market as Coke and Pepsi.

The speaker starts talking to a group of people who are interested in building a solid and
rentable business, and also to get a spot on the market mentioning how cashflow is any
small business worst enemy and that opening is the one who catches my attention the most.
Also knowing about this experience and what their company offers on the market validates
all that he is about to say so it makes it even more real and reliable.
