CONTRACT OF A G R E E M E N T

This CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT is made and executed this ___________________ at

Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, by and between:

MAMYRICH GLASS INSTALLATION SERVICES, owned and managed by ANTONIO

M. LAGRAMA, JR., Purok 11, Brgy. San Juan, Surigao City, hereinafter referred to as FIRST
PARTY; and
CARTESIAN BUILDERS, Brgy. Togbongon, Surigao City, owned and managed by ENGR.
REHUM S. LOPEZ, hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY;

That the FIRST PARTY will subcontract the THIRTY (46) units of FIXED GLASS AND
AWNING WINDOWS of the CITY HALL-ANNEX BUILDING of Surigao city. The specifications
are listed below:

That SECOND PARTY will give the FIRST PARTY a down payment of _______________
____________________________ in cash or cheque upon signing of this Contract of Agreement;

That SECOND PARTY agreed that the FIRST PARTY will only accomplish the job in
equivalent to the amount/down payment he paid/gave;

That the SECOND PARTY will pay the balance on ___________________;

That the SECOND PARTY agree that the FIRST PARTY will not fully accomplish the said
project described above if the SECOND PARTY will not give the full payment mentioned above.

That the SECOND PARTY agreed that the FIRST PARTY will not issue an OFFICIAL
RECEIPT since the FIRST PARTY will render only LABOR SERVICES not as an ALUMINUM
AND GLASS SUPPLY.
