AG5 Free Skills Matrix Template Text

Thank you for requesting our free skills matrix template.

We don't recommend using Excel spreadsheets long-term, but they can help you ge
and running, as well as provide a clearer picture of your employees' skills.

On the following tabs, you will find our example skills matrix template.

You can find instructions on how to use them at the bottom of each matrix.

Are you:

* Managing intricate or larger skills matrices?

* Looking to grant multiple users access to the same matrix?
* Concerned about Excel errors?

No problem. Using AG5's skills management software, you can create virtually any s
matrix – and grant any number of users simultaneous access to it.

And with its easy-to-use drag-and-drop functionality, no programming is required!

If you’re still curious, why not schedule a 15-minute live demo?

Instructions:

Step 1. Enter staff names and functions in columns B & C. (Extend matrix if team is
larger.)

Step 2. Use the skills listed in this template or add your own.

Step 3. Enter proficiency levels (0 to 4) or (0 to 1) for each staff member and skill
(colors will appear automatically)

Step 4. Set required numbers in the skills matrix. (Rows 14 and 16 contain formulas
based on the requirements for minimum number of staff at level 2. It's also possible t
monitor 'Min. level 3', etc.)

Good luck!
