Welcome to the seventh edition of my


cookbook. In this book, we will be teach-
ing you some of the ways to prepare
these dishes and present them in a mini-
malistic manner. We hope this will teach
you a new way of cooking. Enjoy!

Spicy Fried Chicken
A SIMPLE DISH THAT THOSE WHO
LOVE SPICY CHICKEN WILL
ENJOY.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. chicken breast, legs, or


thigh
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 cups breadcrumbs
½ cup of spices
1 tbsp. pepper
1 cup egg yolk
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. water
1 cup flour

STEPS

1. Put aside the breadcrumbs


and chicken.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredi-
ents in a bowl until a batter
forms.
3. Put breadcrumbs in a sepa-
rate bowl.
4. Dip both sides of the chick-
en on the batter & bread-
crumbs.
5. Heat the pan & add olive oil.
6.Fry the chicken until cooked.
7.Let excess oil drip on paper.
Serve hot and enjoy.

Cabbage Bacon Salad
HEALTHY MIX OF BACON
AND VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS

4 - 5 pcs. of fried bacon


1 small head cabbage
¼ tsp. seasoned salt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 stalk of celery
1 tbsp. vinegar
¼ tsp. pepper

STEPS

1. Chop the celery and the


cabbage.
2. Mix the cabbage, bacon,
& celery in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix
the mayo with salt, pepper &
white sugar.
4. Combine the ingredients
and stir them all together.
5. Coat the cabbage
mixture with your chosen
sauce & gently stir them all
together. 6.Refrigerate for 3-4
hours & serve. It will enhance
the fla- vor.

Simple Spinach Spaghetti
A HEALTHY SPAGHETTI DISH

INGREDIENTS

2 servings whole wheat spa-


ghetti
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves
4 cups spinach
1.5 cups peas

STEPS

1. Boil a pot of water.


2. Cook pasta according to
package directions.
3. Mince the garlic & add to a
stove pan with 1 tbsp. of ol- ive
oil. Cook for a minute over
medium heat.
4. Add spinach, stir until it be-
gins to wilt. It should take a few
minutes. Add peas & con-
tinue stirring for another min-
ute, then remove from heat.
5.Drain pasta, then add it to
the stove pan with the peas &
spinach. Stir over low heat,
until evenly combined.
6.Serve hot on a big plate and
enjoy!
